3rd floor: 2 twin bedrooms - 1 overlooking marina.
Facilities: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle,
toaster. Dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer, iron/ironing
board. Colour TV now including Sky TV, video,
radio/cassette/CD. Bed linen provided. Cot, high chair. Gas
central heating and electricity included in the rent. Rear
garden/patio with garden furniture. Smoking on the balcony
only please. Garage for 1 car.
